Divine Essence Ascension
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Divine Essence Ascension collects, why it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are
Divine Essence Ascension, also referred to as “DEA,” provides SCCS 2.0 interpretive reports and related Follow-Up Support through divineessenceascension.com. Questions about this policy or personal information can be sent to support@divineessenceascension.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site and services, DEA may collect:
- Identity and contact details: your name, nickname, pronouns, email address, and information included in messages to DEA.
- Order and support details: the service purchased, payment status, amount, Stripe transaction reference, purchase email, delivery history, and support correspondence.
- SCCS 2.0 intake details: birth date, birth time when known, birthplace, relationship context, interpretive questions, and similar information about people included in a requested analysis.
- Follow-Up Support details: qualifying report information, up to five written-guidance questions, optional context, requested appointment time, time zone, and booking status.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, security and session data, cookie information, and site or email delivery logs.
3. How information is collected
Information is collected when you contact DEA, complete a Stripe checkout, submit an SCCS 2.0 or Written Guidance form, request or manage a LatePoint appointment, reply to an email, or otherwise interact with the website.
If you purchase an analysis before you are ready to complete the intake, you may return later through the saved next-steps path. Report turnaround begins only after DEA receives the completed intake.
4. Payments through Stripe
DEA uses Stripe to host checkout and process payment information. Stripe, not the DEA website, receives and processes your full card number and security code. DEA receives the transaction information needed to confirm and support the order, which may include the purchaser email, product, amount, payment status, and transaction identifier.
Stripe handles information under its own Privacy Policy. Use the same email address for Stripe checkout and the applicable DEA intake, Follow-Up Support form, or scheduling request so DEA can match the service to the payment.
5. Forms, scheduling, and email
DEA operates on WordPress and uses functional tools such as WPForms, Fluent Forms, LatePoint, and SureMail. Form or booking details may be stored in the secured website database and delivered through DEA’s authenticated business email. IONOS provides website and email infrastructure.
LatePoint is used only to schedule a prepaid Review Call. It displays $0 due because Stripe collects the service payment before the private scheduling page is opened.
6. How we use information
DEA uses information to:
- confirm and match purchases to the correct client and service;
- prepare and deliver the requested SCCS 2.0 report;
- administer Review Calls and Written Guidance;
- answer questions and provide service communications;
- maintain site, payment, email, and form security;
- keep appropriate accounting, transaction, and dispute records; and
- meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
DEA does not sell SCCS intake information or report content and does not use that material for targeted advertising.
7. Information about other people
Some analyses require information about another person or multiple connections. Provide only information you are authorized to share and that is reasonably needed for the requested interpretation. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of that information. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
8. Service providers and disclosures
DEA shares information only as reasonably needed with providers that support payment processing, hosting, email delivery, forms, scheduling, security, and site operation. These currently include Stripe and IONOS, along with the functional WordPress tools identified above.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address fraud, security, or payment disputes. DEA does not disclose SCCS intake or report content for unrelated marketing.
9. Cookies and similar technology
The site and its functional providers may use cookies or similar browser storage for site operation, form continuity, security, accessibility, scheduling, and checkout. A provider’s own page, such as Stripe checkout, may use cookies according to that provider’s policy. Browser settings can control many cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent a form, checkout, or scheduling tool from working correctly.
10. Retention
Working SCCS intake and analysis records are generally retained for approximately 180 days after report delivery, then deleted or de-identified when reasonably practical. Transaction, accounting, email, delivery, security, and dispute records may be kept longer when reasonably needed for those purposes or required by law. Limited copies may remain temporarily in routine backups.
11. Security
DEA uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of the service, including HTTPS, access controls, authenticated business email, updates, and security monitoring. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by DEA by emailing support@divineessenceascension.com from the address associated with the order. DEA may need to verify the request and may retain information needed for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes. Requests concerning information held directly by Stripe should be directed to Stripe.
13. Policy updates
DEA may update this policy when services or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not alter completed purchases retroactively.
